By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, strict adherence is required to discontinue use of our Platform.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.
GoGlo operates on a subscription basis for service providers (Salons). You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan (Silver, Gold, or Diamond). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly, every 6 months, or yearly).
GoGlo provides a digital platform for booking beauty and wellness appointments. We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by the salons or independent professionals listed on our Platform.
Payments for subscriptions are processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our Platform.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GoGlo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall GoGlo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
