1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your GoGlo subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will no longer be charged, and your access to premium features may be restricted.

2. Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly via their support channels or contact us at support@goglo.app, and we will forward your request to Paddle for review.

4. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.
